WEBSTORE RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Eligibility
- All purchases may qualify for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the item(s).
- Exchanges are allowed for a different color or size of equal value only.
Condition Requirements
- Items must be in resaleable condition with original packaging.
- An invoice must be attached for refund processing.
Submission Process
- Submit your request at Product Returns for review by SOGO.
- If the return is due to a manufacturing fault, we will arrange pickup and re-send the item at no charge. For exchanges or other return reasons, shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds & Replacements
- We reserve the right to replace with a new item of the same original order or refund via e-voucher.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any accumulated points will be deducted upon refund of the item(s).
Free Gifts
If returning an item that qualified you for a free gift, please include the free gift with your return. If you choose to keep the free gift, you will be charged for its value.
Exclusions
Your right to return products does NOT apply to the following categories unless they are faulty or not as described:
- Skin care, cosmetics, and fragrances
- Undergarments
- Electricals
- Swimwear
- Supermarket items/perishable goods
- Made-to-measure or personalized goods
- Stationery
- Unsealed CDs, DVDs, tapes, or other recording media, software, or videos
