Existing Orders

Placing a New order

We support Visa & Mastercard, Major e-Wallet (TnG, Boost, Maybank MAE, Grab) and FPX.

Yes, but only for selected items. Do look out for the "Book" button on the product page. No immediate payment is required for successful Booking requests.

We currently do not offer delivery outside of Malaysia but we're working on it.

No. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses for now.

Return & Cancellation

No charges will be imposed if the item is not shipped. Shipping charges will only be deducted from the amount refunded to you once the item is shipped.

Please send in your request, along with the reason for return within 14 days from the date of receipt. For more information, please check our Refund Policy.

All refunds are in the form of gift cards only. Details of the gift cards will be sent via email.
