1. Open to Malaysians aged 18 and above, except for employees of SOGO Department Store Sdn. Bhd., their affiliates, related companies, advertising agencies, suppliers, and their immediate families.
2. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
3. Ensure your account/posting is set to ‘Public’ during the contest period.
4. Results announced within 14 days from the closing date. Winners notified via email.
5. One entry per person. Participants can win only once every 60 days.
6. SOGO Malaysia reserves the right to substitute prizes with similar value without prior notice.
7. Winners must be 18 years or older and present to collect prizes.
8.  If winners cannot collect prizes in person, an authorization letter is required.
9. SOGO Malaysia is not responsible for any additional charges (e.g., third-party collection, delivery, insurance) incurred by winners.
10. Unclaimed prizes after the collection period will be forfeited.
11. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. The judges’ decision is final; no further correspondence, queries, or appeals will be entertained.
13. Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of SOGO Malaysia Department Store Sdn. Bhd.
14. SOGO Malaysia reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
15. By participating, you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, transfer, and processing of your personal data for the purposes listed above.
16. The contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or TikTok.
