Complimentary gift wrapping service is available at the Customer Service Centres for purchases from SOGO Store, except during Members' Day Sale.
Strollers & Wheelchairs
Stroller rentals for babies and toddlers, as well as wheelchair services for elderly and physically challenged shoppers, are available at Customer Service Centres of all SOGO Stores.
Return & Exchange

PA, Lost & Found
Misplaced an item or lost track of a loved one? Visit our Customer Service Centre, and we'll do our best to recover your belongings or reconnect you with loved ones through our PA system. Available at all SOGO stores.
