1.0 Membership
The SOGO Rewards loyalty program is a program operated by that allows cardholders to earn Reward Points on certain SOGO purchases and receive other member benefits.
You can become a member of the SOGO Rewards Program by downloading SOGO’s MySOGO App and registering as SOGO Member.
Upon joining the SOGO Rewards program, each member (‘Member’) will be issued a digital SOGO card (‘e-Card’) and a unique membership number, which will entitle the Member to participate in the Program.
The benefits of the SOGO Rewards Program include earning Reward Points on purchases, exclusive members' day sales, members' discount extra points campaign on selected days, complimentary standard gift-wrapping, and more. Additional benefits may apply to higher membership tiers; for instance, Gold and Platinum card members may enjoy extra perks specific to their respective tiers.
No, e-Card cannot be shared, distributed, or used for commercial purposes. The e-Card is tied to one Principal account, limited to one per person, and is for personal use by the registered cardholder only.
Benefits are generally not transferable to another person, including another Member of the Program. Some benefits, such as complimentary gift-wrapping, are eligible for the Member's purchases only.
2.0 Reward Points
Members can earn loyalty points (‘Reward Points’) on qualifying purchases at SOGO, depending on the Member’s Membership Tier at the time of purchase. The number of points earned per RM1 spent is 1 point. Departmental and brand exclusions may apply.
Reward Points can be earned on qualifying purchases at all SOGO outlets in Malaysia.
No, Reward Points cannot be earned or redeemed on excluded products or in excluded departments, such as Gift Cards and Vouchers, non-participating Brands, Tenanted Counters, Dining at Restaurants, Delivery Charges, and other Service-related charges.
Members must present their e-Card at the time of payment to collect Reward Points.
Reward Points are earned based on the total purchase amount in Ringgit Malaysia, rounded down if necessary. If a purchase moves a Member to a higher Tier, they earn increased points per RM1 spent ('Multiplier Points') for the rest of that day and year. Points are not earned when using Reward Points for a purchase.
Adding SOGO Rewards points from transactions where the e-Card wasn't presented during purchase is not permitted. SOGO does not allow such requests, as Reward Points can only be recorded by scanning the e-Card at the time of purchase.
If a Member receives a refund or other financial adjustment on any transaction, the SOGO Rewards points awarded on the transaction will be adjusted accordingly.
We encourage members to consider exchanging products in line with our Return and Exchange Policy. If an exchange isn't possible, Reward Points for returned products will only be reinstated after a 14-day cooling period.
There is no limit to the number of Reward Points you can earn per day. However, during certain campaign days, additional conditions may apply to specified promotion mechanics and members are advised to check carefully on the terms and conditions of the specified promotion.
3.0 Membership Tiers
Membership Tiers are assigned based on a member's total spending during each calendar year (from 1st January to 31st December).
Yes, members can progress to a higher Membership Tier during a calendar year and retain that higher Membership Tier for the remainder of that calendar year and the following Reward Year.
To retain their higher Membership Tier for a further calendar year, Members must meet the relevant spending threshold during the Reward Year.
Refunds processed during a calendar year will reduce the member’s total spending to determine their Membership Tier, regardless of when the refund is processed.
If a Membership Tier upgrade is reversed, any Multiplier Points earned at the higher Membership Tier as a result of any refunds processed will be deducted by SOGO.
4.0 Redeeming Reward Points
The value of Reward Points is RM10 for every block of the prevailing number of Reward Points earned. Please note that this conversion rate is subject to change at SOGO's discretion, without notice.
Members can use their Reward Points to partially pay for purchases or to redeem reward gifts, provided they have at least one complete block of Reward Points in their account at the time of redemption.
Reward Points below the prevailing block cannot be redeemed and will remain in the member's account until the next complete block is achieved or until the Reward Points expire.
Reward Points earned by members are valid for 24 months from their earning date.
Reward Points will expire on the last day of the 24th month following their earning month. Members may have Reward Points expiring over various calendar months, but only those expiring at the end of each month will be displayed as 'Month-End Expiring Points' in the MySOGO App.
Reward Points can be redeemed against qualifying purchases at the SOGO store or selected Rewards as listed in the App.
In line with our store Return and Exchange Policy, members are advised to exchange the product of a similar brand/category instead of a return.
Yes, members have the option to release Reward Points before the 14-day cooling-off period. However, please note that once this action is taken, it is irreversible. The goods purchased using these points cannot be returned or refunded. We strongly advise members to consider their choices carefully before opting for an early release of points.
If a member's Reward Points balance becomes negative, SOGO can suspend their e-Card until the account is settled.
5.0 Bonus Points
In addition to the general terms and conditions of the SOGO Rewards program, bonus points offers are subject to the terms and conditions specified in the individual offer communication.
No, members cannot combine Bonus Points with any other offer, including. They must present their e-Card at the time of redeeming the offer.
6.0 Rewards Benefits
As a member of SOGO Rewards, you will receive a range of exclusive benefits depending on your Membership Tier. Please note that Benefits are subject to availability, and SOGO reserves the right to substitute and/or change them at any time at its discretion. Members must present a valid Rewards e-Card when requested to redeem any Benefits.
Customers can become a member of SOGO Rewards by downloading the MySOGO App and signing up as a 'Silver' card member.
7.0 Other Members' Benefits
Yes, SOGO members enjoy extra discounts on selected Member Campaign Days throughout the year. Check for details when available, and review terms and conditions for exclusions.

Yes, SOGO reserves the right to terminate the Program or make changes to the terms of the Program at any time, without notice to Members.
9.0 Data Protection
Yes, members may be required to provide identification when presenting their e-Card, including when redeeming Reward Points.
Yes, members are responsible for any fees, costs, charges, claims, or liabilities (including taxes) arising from their membership in the Program.
Members are required to update any changes to their contact information, including their address and other details via the MySOGO App - member profile or notify Customer Service of SOGO.
