Gift Card is a prepaid shopping card and Gift Voucher is a paper voucher.

The Gift Vouchers are available in RM10, RM50, and RM100 denominations. Gift Cards are available in multiples of RM100, up to RM1,000. For higher denominations or corporate purchases, visit our store’s Customer Service Centre or call 1300-88-7646 (SOGO).

Gift Card and Gift Voucher can be purchased at Customer Service Counters at any SOGO store in Malaysia.

Gift Card can be used for full or partial payment. Gift Voucher can be used for its face value, any amount less than the face value will not be returned. Both can be used at any SOGO store in Malaysia. 

Yes, Gift Card is valid for 1 year or until the balance is depleted, whichever is earlier. Gift Voucher is valid for 1 year or until the expiry date stamped. After expiration, any remaining balance will be void and will not be replaced.

The balance is shown on the receipt after each purchase. You can also check at any Cashier or Customer Service Centre, or by calling 1300-88-7646 (SOGO).

SOGO is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen Gift Cards and Gift Vouchers.

No, the Gift Card does not have any maintenance fees or service charges.

Yes, you will earn SOGO Reward Points for purchases made with the Gift Card and Gift Voucher.
