Gift Voucher can be purchased at Customer Service Counters at any SOGO store in Malaysia.

Gift Voucher can be used for its face value, any amount less than the face value will not be returned and can be used at any SOGO store in Malaysia. 

Gift Voucher is valid for 1 year or until the expiry date stamped. After expiration, any remaining balance will be void and will not be replaced.

SOGO is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen Gift Cards.

Yes, you will earn SOGO Reward Points for purchases made with the Gift Voucher.
